馬志翔（賽德克族姓名：Umin Boya，音譯：吾旻•博雅，1978年3月1日—），花蓮縣玉里鎮人，賽德克族以及撒奇萊雅族的演員、導演、編劇。於2000年出道門後演出許多影劇作品，2011年在電影《賽德克·巴萊》飾演鐵木·瓦力斯，2014年擔任電影《KANO》導演，2021年在電影《月老》飾演鬼頭成等為人所知。2023年，擔任第60屆金馬獎複選以及決選的評審員。
