tetsuya(1969年10月3日—),日本音樂人,是日本搖滾樂團L'Arc~en~Ciel的隊長兼貝斯手,P'UNK~EN~CIEL的主唱。
自2001年夏以TETSU69為名進行單獨表演活動,69就是因為他在1969年出生的意思。2005年與前Dead-End樂團主音MORRIE及前DIE IN CRIES樂團吉他手MINORU組成新樂團Creature Creature,並於2006年六月發行了三支單曲。2006年在彩虹樂團15週年演唱會後宣佈單飛活動由TETSU69改名為tetsu。2009年12月1日宣佈將藝名由tetsu改名為tetsuya,單飛活動時將使用大寫TETSUYA。所屬事務所為GRAVIS,於2015年成立個人歌迷會CÉLUXE,並於2017年8月舉行15周年紀念LIVE。
2007年11月18日宣佈與女演員酒井彩名結婚。
