FROM EUROPE.

Date: 22 May 1865

By the arrival of the steamer Hansa at this port yesterday, we have three days later news from Europe. The London press comment with satisfaction on the speedy retribution which overtook the assassin of the President. The Empress EUGENIE has sent antograph letter of condolence to Mrs. LINCOLN. Address of sympathy continue to pour in to our ministers abroad from all parts of Europe. The Emperor of France has issued an address to the people of Algeria, and another to the Arabs of that province. He was still making excursions into the environs of the town of Algiers, and his health was excellent. A telegram from Brussels of May 8th says that a considerable improvement had taken place in the king's health.
