楊志良（1946年3月12日—），臺灣公共衛生學者、政治人物，曾任行政院衛生署署長、臺北市廉政委員、國立台灣大學公共衛生學院健康政策與管理研究所兼任教授、亞洲大學教授。現為台灣高齡化政策暨產業發展協會理事長。
