朱晨麗（英語：Rebecca Zhu Chen-li，1987年12月2日—），香港女演員、節目主持及《2011年度香港小姐競選》冠軍，童年在蘇州及上海成長，16歲起在香港求學及生活，現為無綫電視經理人合約女藝員。她是香港選美史上為數不多出身自內地的冠軍級人馬。
